Exchanges
We offer exchanges or store credit ONLY.
Items sent back for an exchange must be accompanied by the original receipt. They must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the shipped date. Items will not be accepted past 14 days from the shipped date, and will be considered a final sale.
All sales are final on clearance items, intimates, hats, cosmetics, jewelry, gift cards, and formals. Sale items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
You may bring your on-line purchases to our store for an exchange or store credit. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If you are mailing your return back, securely pack your merchandise and receipt/return form in a box or envelope of your choice. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. DAMAGED ITEMS:
We pack all orders with care, but if your item arrives damaged, please let us know immediately. We ask that you send (at minimum) a photo of the damaged item as well as the item’s packaging along with your name and order number. Once we are notified and have photos, we will be able to move forward with our returns process. Shipping the item back to us is not necessary unless we request it during the returns process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
